To the company "Čelebić" pastures near the highway junction

The government adopted the contract on the exchange of property with the company "Čelebić", of businessman Tomislav Čelebić.

"Čelebić" requested that the Government give him three parcels of state land near Farmak with a total of 170 square meters, which are registered in the cadastre as pasture.

For them, he offered five business premises, three of which are owned by that company, and two by Veletex.

In the explanation of the Government's decision, it was stated that the three requested plots of land are located in the immediate vicinity of the future interchange and toll ramp on the highway above Farmak.

The land was valued at 990, while the offered business premises were worth 840, so "Čelebić" offered to pay the difference of 150 euros in cash. The government accepted it.
