In the part of Podgorica, between the Livestock market on Ćemovsko polje, next to the Plantaža vineyard and Vrel ribnički on Konik, a new asphalted street was built, about 1.400 meters long, whose name is not known, nor whether it was even overlooked by any detailed urban plan. in Podgorica.

According to unofficial information from "Vijesti", the new street was paved by the local company Putevi DOO, which is managed by the capital, allegedly during the election campaign.

We could not get an answer from the office of the mayor of Podgorica, Ivan Vuković, to the questions of which plan the recently asphalted street in the capital is planned for and what is its name.

"It is about the request of the local community of Konik for the asphalting of the mentioned road, which has been used for a long time by the citizens of Konik and Vrel Ribniki as the shortest and simplest connection to the Livestock Market. The city services responded positively to this request of the citizens, bearing in mind the importance of asphalting the said road for the local population, and by the time this area was brought to the planning purpose, they completed the asphalting of the said road 1.340 meters long, four meters wide, with a total value of 80.880 euros. Also, the competent municipal services of the Capital City are aware of attempts to mark land near this newly asphalted road and, in accordance with their competences, prevented this occurrence and removed all placed markers," the Public Relations Bureau of the Capital City told "Vijesti" to "News". Vuković's cabinet did not answer the question of how much a square meter of land at this location is worth.

"News" has been confirmed by several sources that the Communal Police in Podgorica were recently on the spot, demolished a certain part of stakes and markers, the plots already fenced with red tape, but the problem seems not to have been fully resolved.
