Who is on the list of the biggest tax defaulters: They sold turbines for Možura, the rest owe the state nine million

The company "Spic Ronghe International Montenegro Limited", which is under investigation by the Montenegrin prosecutor's office due to the "Možura" affair, owes 8,96 million euros in taxes, according to data on the largest tax debtors published by the Tax Administration yesterday.

This company, owned by the Hong Kong company of the same name, procured turbines and other equipment worth over 40 million euros for the company "Možura wind park", which is an investor in the construction of wind power plants on the Možura hill between Bar and Ulcinj.

During April of this year, as the Special State Prosecutor's Office announced in August, a case was formed in connection with the business of "Možura Wind Park", which refers to the right to deduct input value added tax (VAT), in the amount of 6.942.447,87, XNUMX euros.

That amount of VAT is shown based on the purchase of equipment from the company "Spic Ronghe International Limited", the total value of which was 40.001.723 euros.

Among the big tax debtors, apart from MA, foreign companies and Brković's companies, there are "Tehnoput" with six million euros, "Zeljeznički prevos" with five million, Rudnik uglja which is in reprogramming with 3,9 million, "Plantaže" with 3,1 million...

SDT, it was announced at the time, also checked the money transfers of these two companies, which were carried out on the basis of financial leasing contracts, loan contracts and product sales contracts, and in order to check the grounds of suspicion for the existence of - evasion of taxes and contributions, abuse of authority in economy and the criminal offense of money laundering.

The director of the company "Spic Ronghe International" from Podgorica is Rajko Stanišić. At the same time, he is an authorized representative of the company "China road and Bridge corporation", which is building the section of the highway Podgorica-Mateševo. Stanišić's company is registered at the same address in "Capital plaza" as "Možura wind park", only on the second floor.

MA leads the debtors

The single largest tax debtor for taxes and contributions in October is the state airline "Montenegro Airlines" (MA) with a debt of 14,4 million euros.

This company received a disputed state aid from the Government of a total of 43 million euros this year, and with part of that sum of ten million euros, it reduced its debt to the Tax Administration in August.

Companies from Dragan Brković's "Vektra" group owe the state 18,3 million euros in taxes. The agreement on the reprogramming of tax obligations was terminated with all his companies, but the tax debt is still not collected and they have been declared bankrupt.

"Vektra Jakić" owes 9,7 million euros, and the reprogramming contract with her was terminated two and a half years ago.

The reprogramming with the other companies was canceled about a year and a half ago, but they still owe - "Vektra Montenegro" 5,2 million, "Vektra Boka" 3,2 million and "Vektra Optel" 236 thousand euros.

Among other large tax debtors are "Technoput" six million euros, "Railway transport" five million euros, Coal Mine which is in reprogramming 3,9 million, "Plantations" 3,1 million, "Maintenance of railway rolling stock" 2,9 million , "Vuk petrol" three million, "A-KOP" 2,9 million, "Family shop" 2,8 million, "Izbor" Bar 2,3 million, "Fab live" two million, "Cijevna komerc" 1,8 million...

These are the total tax debts from both blacklists of the Tax Administration on the biggest non-payers.

The obligations of all the 100 largest debtors for taxes and personal income contributions amount to 52,82 million euros, and those from the list of 200 debtors for other tax debts - 78,26 million.
