Running away from the Government to profitable companies

Highly profitable companies from the energy sector, such as the Montenegrin Electric Transmission System (CGES) and the Montenegrin Electric Distribution System (CEDIS), are the most interesting for recruiting former assistant ministers and state secretaries, especially from the Ministry of Economy.

The "runaway" and (self-)employment of senior officials of that department from the civil service began immediately after the parliamentary elections, in which the DPS lost power.

From October 8, the cabinet of the Minister of Economy Dragica Sekulić did not answer the questions of "Vijesti" - all of her closest associates found employment and (self) employed in energy companies.

Unofficial sources of "Vijesti" from CGES confirmed that Goran Nikolić, until recently the general director of the Directorate for Industrialization and Transformation, was first employed in that highly profitable company.

Nikolić did not answer the phone call of the "Vijesti" journalist, although he asked in a message to call him later.

After Nikolić, according to unofficial information, one of the two state secretaries in the Ministry of Economy, Milan Srzentić, provided a work engagement at CGES.

From October 8, the majority state-owned CGES, led by executive director Dragan Kujović, did not respond to the questions of "Vijesti" about which high-ranking officials of the Ministry of Economy found embezzlement in that company, nor how many people were employed in that company before the election. , and how much now.

Among the representatives of the Ministry of Economy, who have since resigned, Marko Radulović, until recently the director general of the Directorate for Energy and Energy Efficiency in the Ministry of Economy, has a new job in CEDIS.

Even before the election on August 30, Radulović was engaged as a member of the Board of Directors of that company, and was appointed on May 8 of this year.

CEDIS said that on August 30 of this year, they had 1.352 employees, of which 117 were temporary. In addition, another 19 people were employed for a certain period of time through the employment agency.

"One person has been employed in CEDIS until today after the parliamentary elections, while four persons have been employed on a fixed-term basis through the employment agency," the company announced.

CEDIS noted that the number of employed persons is the same as on October 8 - 1.376.

According to information confirmed by "Vijesti" from several sources, Milosav Anđelić was employed in the company after resigning from the position of State Secretary for Forestry in the Ministry of Agriculture.

The Ministry of Agriculture did not want to answer the questions of "Vijesti", and Anđelić did not want to answer in a telephone conversation how he got his new job at CEDIS.

"When I was a public official, you could ask me anything you wanted. I am no longer a public official," Anđelić said, among other things.

CEDIS is 98% managed by Elektroprivreda Crne Gore (EPCG), in which the state has XNUMX% ownership.

In EPCG "Vijesti" it was said that after the parliamentary elections there were no new hires in that company.

"On 30.8.2020 the total number of employees in EPCG was 969. Please note that on the mentioned date, EPCG had 55 temporary employees. The total number of employees in EPCG is 957, of which 45 are employed on a fixed-term basis," EPCG announced.

Ljiljana Simović advises the president of the Chamber of Commerce

The wife of the Minister of Agriculture and head of the NKT, Ljiljana Simović, until recently the director of the Directorate for European Integration in the Ministry of Labor and Social Welfare, has been working "as an adviser to the president of the Chamber of Commerce Vlastimir Golubović" since October 2. This was confirmed by "Vijesta" in the Chamber of Commerce.

Milutin Simović's wife is allegedly the only one employed in the Chamber of Commerce after the parliamentary elections on August 30.

Until the parliamentary elections, 73 people worked in the Chamber of Commerce, and today there are 74. The president of the PKCG was on the DPS list for the parliamentary elections.
