Balša Mitrović, executive director of the Budva company "Megapromet doo" was chosen as the best young manager of Montenegro for 2019, according to the decision of the Management Board of the Association of Managers of Montenegro.
The presentation of the award took place in the company's premises, by the president of the Association, Budimir Raičković, and on that occasion, Mitrović stated:
"This award means a lot to me, because among the series of awards received by the company I manage, it is also a confirmation of my personal dedication and engagement. I am following the path and vision that my father started back in 2002, together with a circle of closest associates, but and with 380 employed professionals in their work, who are always the right hand of a good manager. I am proud of the successes we achieve together and feel the responsibility to continue building our reputation and image not only on good business results, but above all on the positive reactions of consumers and business partner. The priority is for "Megapromet" to continue to be a good member of the community and a socially responsible entity," said Balša Mitrović, executive director of the company "Megapromet doo" Budva.
In a tough competition among 270 nominees, 78 candidacies were accepted, and by a unanimous decision, the recognition was awarded to the executive director of this successful Budva company.
