Blocked accounts of agencies for the development of Ulcinj and Rožaj

The Agency for Construction and Development of Ulcinj, the Agency for Design and Development of Rožaj and local radio-television from that city were on the new list of those with blocked accounts, which was published yesterday by the Central Bank (CBCG) with a cut-off date of November 30.

There are 18.807 companies and entrepreneurs on the CBCG list, which is 61 more than at the end of October.

Statistics show that compared to the end of October, 237 companies and entrepreneurs got out of the blockade, while 248 were new names.

The account of the Agency for Construction and Development in Ulcinj has been blocked since November 23 due to a debt of 1.659 euros, while the Agency for Design and Development in Rožaj has been blocked since November 5 because it owes 53.991 euros.

Rožaj radio-television has been blocked since November 19 due to a debt of 24.122 euros.

Uniprom KAP, which owed 50.203 euros in taxes to the Municipality of Podgorica, was released from the blockade, as was the company Toškovići, whose account was blocked for two days due to a debt of 14.152 euros.

Among other things, the account of the water polo club "Budvanska Riviera" from October 11 due to a debt of 12.350 euros, the state company Montenpranzo since the end of September due to a debt of 351,73 thousand, the Bjelopolski Center for Klutura, which is 1. This company was recently in the public spotlight because it received a job worth 1,83 million euros from the capital at a time when its owner, Ivica Tošković, had already been convicted of creating a criminal organization and tax evasion for three months.

The data was published by MANS, stating that this was done contrary to the rules of KfW Bank, whose loan is used to finance the Capital City project.

In accordance with the Law on Payment Transactions, the CBCG is obliged to publish once a month data related to the forced collection procedure, namely the names of companies, i.e. entrepreneurs, the amount of blocked accounts and the number of days of uninterrupted duration of the block.

The list of blocked companies has been published since July 2012.
