Businessman Blažo Đukanović solved the housing issue for his family in the capital - he received a comfortable 201-square-meter apartment on the fifth floor of the Zetagradnja building on Svetog Petar Cetinjsko Boulevard.
The son of the head of state and DPS, Milo Đukanović, registered the luxury property on November 27, according to the real estate list that "Vijesti" had access to.
In the cadastral records of the Real Estate Administration, it is not stated from whom the younger Đukanović received the expensive apartment as a gift.
The only properties so far registered in his name in Podgorica are two office spaces in the Vektra building - of 412 and 47 square meters, which he received as a gift from his uncle, banker Aco Đukanović.
Blažo Đukanović got married last year, and the glamorous wedding was organized in Miločerski Park, where numerous dignitaries from the political and public life of Montenegro attended, as well as influential individuals, friends of his father. In addition to real estate in Podgorica, the son of the president also owns a duplex of 199 square meters and a garage of 17 square meters in Žabljak.
Blaž's parents have been living for years in a comfortable apartment in the Gorica C neighborhood, which Đukanović, together with several other state officials - Momir Bulatović, Milica Pejanović Đurišić, received from the state.
Businessman Duško Knežević claimed that next to the "Gorica" villa, a luxurious house is being built specifically for Milo Đukanović, but that it is officially owned by his friend.
Đukanović denied those claims of Knežević, against whom the Special Prosecutor's Office brought several indictments.
"It is incorrect that that house is owned by me. It is incorrect that he and I were ever able to talk about that topic, and his idea is that we are friends," said Đukanović, responding to Knežević's claims.

The son of the DPS leader has been engaged in a profitable business for years - the construction of small hydroelectric power plants.
Mlađi Đukanović has already built two mini hydropower plants in Kolašin - "Bistrica" and "Slatin", through his company "BB Hidro". His other company "BB Solar" also provided support in these businesses, pledging its assets for credit arrangements. Blažo Đukanović pledged his business premises in Podgorica, as well as an apartment in Žabljak, as well as the property of the company "BB Solar" - for a million dollar loan, taken precisely because of the business with mini-hydroelectric plants.
It is also known to the public that "BB Solar" on the ground floor of the Croling building, in the Kruševac neighborhood of Podgorica, has five business premises of 186, 84, 78, 9 and 43 square meters. The company also owns a 52-square-meter apartment in a building built by Volvox on the land of the Metropolis of Montenegro and the Coast in Podgorica, as well as a 33-square-meter office space on the ground floor of the KAP building in Stara Varoš. In addition to the "BB Solar" property, the younger Đukanović also pledged the property he owns in his own name with banks, in order to build mini hydroelectric plants.
So in January of last year, in the name of a loan of one and a half million euros, he mortgaged two office spaces in the Vektra building of 412 and 47 square meters, as well as a duplex of 199 square meters and a garage of 17 square meters in Žabljak.
According to the financial report submitted to the Tax Administration, Đukanović's company "BB solar" continued with good business, and last year it made a profit of 424.000 euros.
Blaž's company earned around 3,1 million euros from sales last year, and these were the key revenues of "BB Solar", while expenses amounted to around 2,6 million euros.
The fixed assets of the company have increased and are estimated at 1,3 million euros, which is 300 thousand euros more than in 2018.
