Two more investors have shown their intention to build hotels and tourist resorts in the area of Kolašin: "Best Montenegro investments" from Budva announced the construction of a hotel on plots along the road from the village of Rijeka Mušovića, towards the ski resorts, and the Podgorica company "Magnum Development" from Podgorica will build a hotel in the city center, at a location in the immediate vicinity of the hotel "Bjanka".
This continues the interest of investors in the construction of hotel facilities in Kolašin, where several hotels and tourist resorts are currently being built. Out of a total of 15 development projects applying for economic citizenship, as many as seven are located in the territory of that municipality.
According to data from the Environmental Impact Assessment Report, the Budva company intends to build a hotel with accompanying facilities, with a total area of nearly 6.000 square meters, as well as ten multi-family accommodation units. According to the documentation, the hotel will have 42 rooms and 22 apartments, while the villas will consist of two and four apartments each.
The building in the center of Kolašin is planned as a four-star hotel and, according to the project description, it will have 82 rooms and 20 apartments. Also, a spa, swimming pool and fitness center.
In Kolašin, the construction of the "Breza" hotel is underway in the Kolašin settlement of the same name. It is planned that this five-star facility will have 148 accommodation units. "Resort & Spa", with a capacity of 93 accommodation units, i.e. 380 beds, is realized by the company of the same name from Podgorica, and the estimated value of the investment is 11,3 million euros.

As announced, the hotel "Bjelasica 1450" will be one of the largest in Kolašin, with 19 square meters. The investor of that tourist facility is the company "Bjelasica 1450" DOO Podgorica, whose founder is "Zetagradnja" DOO Podgorica. There will be 168 apartments in that hotel.
"Montis hotel & resort" should be completed in 2024. The planned hotel complex will have five stars, and the value of the investment is estimated at 21,07 million euros. The investor of that project is the company "Montenegro luxury hotels and resorts" from Kotor. It should have 238 accommodation units, that is, 25 apartments and 213 rooms.
"Elite Hotel & Residence" is being built by JSC "Garnet Investment Montenegro Limited", which stated in its business plan that it will invest 11,44 million euros in the construction of the hotel. This four-star hotel will have 150 accommodation units.
Hotel "D" with annex "E" according to the condo model is an investment company AD "Ski Resort-Kolašin". It will have four stars, and the investment is almost eight million euros. The hotel complex will have a total of 116 accommodation units. "K 16" should be completed in two and a half years, with a capacity of 116 accommodation units, estimated value of around six million.
