Travel money for seven countries and one unknown place on the same day that was paid to the former Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development Petar Ivanović was paid from the subsidy budget item, from which money is paid to farmers, and all travel orders for each of those destinations are with the same dated September 23, 2013.
Apart from Ivanović, other employees in the ministry were also paid money for official trips from this budget item.
This is shown by data from the analytical card of this Government department, which "Vijesti" has access to.
On the same day when it was registered that Ivanovic "traveled" to several destinations - he was in Podgorica, where he spoke at the ceremonial opening of one of the projects implemented by the Ministry.
He is now a deputy of the largest opposition party - DPS and an advisor to the President of Montenegro.
According to official data from the website of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development, Ivanovic officially opened the twinning project "Strengthening the rural development program within the framework of IPARD in Montenegro".
Travels
According to the data from the analytical card, Ivanovic not only traveled to several destinations on September 23, 2013, but on February 28 of that year it was registered that he was in Belgium and Russia, on April 3 in Abu Dhabi, Spain and Serbia, and on April 22 in Azerbaijan, Croatia and Great Britain.
The data shows that on February 28 he goes to Belgium and collects a daily wage of 882 euros, and on the same date to Russia and receives 570 euros, on April 3 to Abu Dhabi he takes 618 euros, on the same day to Spain, which costs 2.101 euros to the budget, and for Serbia, where 29,3 euros are paid for the trip. Then on April 22, he realizes trips to Azerbaijan where he takes 341 euros, then to Croatia 100 euros and to Great Britain 865 euros.
The current Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development, Aleksandar Stijović, in a guest appearance on the "Nachisto" show on "Vijesti" television on Thursday, announced that Ivanovic visited seven countries and one unknown location in the same day and took daily allowances in the amount of 5.500 euros.
He said that on September 23, 2013, he went to Novi Sad, France, an unknown location, Ukraine, Croatia, Great Britain, Spain and Germany.
"For Novi Sad, he takes 398 euros per day, for France 2.066 euros, for an unknown location 144 euros, for Ukraine 134 euros, for Great Britain 1.274 euros, for Spain 930 euros and for Germany 578 euros," said Stijović.
According to the data from the analytical card in 2013, apart from traveling in one day, Ivanovic also had other trips where he took money from the budget item "subsidies", and for the trip to Brussels on September 2, he took a daily allowance of 276,8 euros, 1. in October he was in China which cost 1.667 euros, on 27 November he traveled to Brussels and was paid 1.952 euros, on 1 February he took 489,15 euros for a daily allowance in Germany, and on 6 February he took 199 euros again for a trip to Germany, and On April 19, he went to Hungary, for which he receives a daily allowance of 130 euros.
There is a legal basis for per diems for business trips, but the question is whether all these trips were actually made.
