The Revenue Administration published today the White List, i.e. the list of 498 taxpayers with the highest degree of fiscal discipline.
The Administration continuously achieves successful cooperation with those taxpayers in terms of compliance with tax regulations and settlement of tax obligations.
The obligors from the White List, as announced by the Administration, are recognized as companies that regularly settle their obligations to creditors, including the state, and thus represent affirmative potential business partners on the market.
The criteria on the basis of which the taxpayers were selected for the White List included, among other things, the regularity of tax calculation and submission of tax returns and the regularity of settling tax obligations.
In an effort to encourage as many regular taxpayers as possible, the list includes not only the segment of large companies, but also small and medium-sized enterprises with a high rate of tax discipline.
The list includes, among others, Elektroprivreda, Brewery Trebjesa, Crnogorski Elektrodistributivni System (CEDIS), Crnogorski Telekom, Azmont Investments, M:tel, Telenor, Erste, Hipotekarna and Addiko banka.
The publication of the White List is, as explained, another step in encouraging taxpayers to comply with tax regulations and cooperate with the Administration.
"The priority in the work of the tax authority will continue to be the continuous strengthening of the relationship of understanding and trust with regular taxpayers, who, by settling their tax obligations and respecting the laws of Montenegro, together with the state institutions, participate in building a favorable business environment and society as a whole," said the Administration. .
The white list of taxpayers was published for the first time on June 7, 2013.
