The government tasked the Ministry of Finance and Social Welfare to provide 344.000 euros from the funds of the current budget reserve for 172 bankruptcy creditors of the "Radoje Dakić" factory.
At today's session, the government adopted the Information on providing the necessary funds for the implementation of the decision of the Constitutional Court from September 30 last year, which orders it to pay compensation in the tax-free amount of 2.000 euros to the applicants of the constitutional appeal - the bankruptcy creditors of the company "Radoje Dakić" in bankruptcy.
"On this occasion, the Ministry of Finance and Social Welfare is tasked with providing funds in the amount of 344 thousand euros from the funds of the Current Budget Reserve based on the Decision of the Constitutional Court of September 30 last year for 172 bankruptcy creditors of this company," it is stated in announcement.
The government gave its consent to the conclusion of the annex to the contract on the use of state-owned forests through the sale of wood in the deep state concluded last year between the Pljevlja Forestry Administration and the forest users.
It is stated that the Government, due to the request of business companies for the extension of the deadline for the realization of contractual obligations concerning the felling of forests, extraction and shipment of manufactured wood assortments, has given consent to the extension of a total of 26 contracts concluded last year.
"For which there were justified reasons that caused the non-fulfillment of contractual obligations, and they refer to property legal disputes and the ban on cutting and transporting wood assortments by the locals, then bad weather conditions, as well as the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on the work and functioning of those economic societies and in this regard the lack of manpower," the statement says.
The Basis for conducting negotiations for the conclusion of the Treaty between Montenegro and Luxembourg on the avoidance of double taxation in relation to income taxes with the Draft Treaty has been determined.
"During the discussion, it was emphasized that the signing of the Agreement will provide a favorable tax environment for international business and investment and an effective mechanism for solving the problem of double taxation," the announcement states.
