Regarding the text "Vuković: They are asking for the dismissal because I am introducing order" of the executive director of Plantaž, Miroslav Vuković, a group of workers reacted by launching a petition for his dismissal with the signatures of 280 workers, stating that they want to deny several falsehoods stated in his answer.
"The current executive director Miroslav Vuković is not the personification of the "new management", but the director of the General and Legal Affairs Sector from October 01.10, 2018, elected during the mandate of Verica Maraš and the Board of Directors headed by Veselin Vukotić and an active accomplice in the adoption of business and legal decisions, many of which were to the detriment of the company and workers, so it should be pointless to explain to the public that the current management is not the new management.
It is common knowledge that his main recommendation for employment and rapid advancement was his godfather-friendly relationship with the commercial director Veselin Đurišić, as well as that the current Secretary of the Company is the right hand of the previous executive director and the current executive director, Mrs. Rajka Pejović, a long-time agitator. DPS. We heard that Mr. Vuković now abhors such relationships and recommendations, so we believe that he should first direct his newly acquired moral values towards himself and his closest associates, and as a great reformer, as he presents himself, he probably should have replaced them already.
Given that CEO Vuković calls himself a good host who will protect the company's and shareholders' property, we wonder why, as a former member of the family, i.e. management of Plantaža and the current executive director squandered that same money, concluded harmful contracts, signed a dubious out-of-court settlement with the OMP company, hired respectable and expensive law offices for already lost court cases and various consultants whose number is growing every day.
In order to minimize and diminish the importance of the number of workers who signed the initiative, the percentage of the total number of workers is announced. The fact is that 30% of the total number of workers are management staff, so the percentage of the number of signatories of the initiative is significantly higher than Vuković announces.
We are aware of the public anger over the high salaries in Plantations and we understand it, but if we exclude the astronomical management salaries that 'pump up' the average, the average salary of executive workers is years below the national average.
We wonder with what money Mr. Vuković is paying the law office that is engaged in overturning the Collective Agreement before the Constitutional Court and whether this is the biggest contribution he will make to our company as a lawyer. Workers earn money through hard and arduous work, which Vuković spends on court cases against those same workers. Vuković allowed himself to do something that no one would have thought of, he accused the workers of attacking the property, while he, as the director, was defending it. In Montenegro, workers have always defended company property from unscrupulous and arrogant directors. We hope that we will be successful in this.
We also heard from Mr. Vuković that this group of workers has a principal and an organizer, and the only organizer is he himself who united us to fight against him, and for the good of this company, shareholders and all employees. Every employee who signed the initiative or agreed to sign, did so voluntarily, without pressure from anyone, "bribed" only by the desire to put an end to the arrogance that Vuković and his entourage manifest every day in various ways. Thank you to Vuković for uniting the workers regardless of education, profession and other differences.
After the new changes, we believed that our struggle was over and we did not expect that we would have to draw attention to some completely obvious things with initiatives," it was stated in the reaction signed by the representatives of this group of 280 workers Mirko Marković, Miodrag Otašević, Dalibor Jaćimović, Suzana Brković , Danka Drakić Krstović, Biljana Minič, Slobodan Joličić and Radivoje Čampar.
