Societe Generale Bank Montenegro was once again declared the best bank in Montenegro by the international magazine "The Banker" published by the Financial Times Group from London.
The award for Bank of the year 2017 in Montenegro is the fourth recognition of Societe Generale Montenegro as the best bank by this magazine, and the eighth international award the bank has received over the past few years.
At a solemn ceremony in London, in front of numerous representatives of the world's best financial institutions, this prestigious award was received, on behalf of the bank, by the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Societe Generale Banka Montenegro, Mr. Milorad Katnić, as well as the Executive Director for Commercial Affairs/Deputy Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Radula Raonic.
"The Banker award is a recognition of our mission in Montenegro, to be an exemplary bank in relations with our clients, a bank that follows the needs of citizens and the economy and achieves enviable and stable business results. This award, like all our previous awards, is proof not only the great professionalism of our employees, but also the trust of our clients, which is key to any success. That's why we dedicate this recognition to all employees of the bank as well as to each of our 65.000 clients," said Mr. Milorad Katnić when presenting the award.
The award for the best bank is awarded every year taking into account the financial indicators of the business, the development strategy of digital and traditional payment channels, as well as customer relations.

Since 1926, The Banker has been publishing global financial information for financial experts and managers. The recognition given by the magazine to banks is considered one of the world's most prestigious banking awards.
