First Bank is still looking for buyers

One of the largest landowners in the area of ​​the Budva municipality, Prva banka, in the majority ownership Aca Đukanović is still looking for buyers for ten attractive land complexes from Buljarica to Budva, the total area of ​​which is almost 92 thousand square meters.

Bank of the President's brother Milo Đukanović for years she has been trying to sell lots, which she mostly got after the owners did not return the loans they had taken.

The former Titeks resort in Bečići, not far from the "Splendid" hotel, is still for sale. It is about 11.915 square meters that was once owned by the company "SLOBšar & Cok", a murdered Danilovgrad resident. Slobodan Šaranović. That company had a loan obligation of 6,5 million euros to Prva banka, as it used to be written in the cadastral records. On the Prva banka website, it is written that the land is about 180 meters away from the sea as the crow flies.

Three years ago, the municipality of Budva issued urban planning and technical conditions to Prva banka, which, referring to the detailed urban plan "Bečići", enabled the construction of buildings with a gross construction area of ​​75.676 square meters on this location - a building with a ground floor and six floors, as well as a tower of 12 floors each.

A buyer is also being sought for the most attractive plot - a land complex of 6.286 square meters in Miločerski Park, which Prva banka took over after the company San investments, which is backed by a Serbian businessman Stanko Cane Subotic, she did not repay the loan.

"The land in question consists of several plots with a total area of ​​6.286 square meters. The plots are located on the stretch of Miševina, 250 meters above the coast between Kraljeva and Kraljičina beaches in Miločer. The land is located in a very attractive location, and in the immediate vicinity there are only a few exclusive tourist facilities. The plots are located between the road through Miločer and the Jadranska magistrala and border the main road on the upper side. Towards the coast, across the street is the villa "Topliš". Access to the land is possible from the road through Miločer. The terrain of the plot is moderately steep and mostly cleared of bushes and other vegetation. The plot has the possibility of being connected to all lines of the city's infrastructure," says the description of the location.

Also for sale is a land complex on Košljun hill above Budva of 14.796 square meters, which the bank took from the Budva company SP Luna due to an unpaid loan. It is about the former municipal land, which SP Luna bought at a fake auction, in order to sell it to the company of a Palestinian businessman Muhammad Rashid. The machinations surrounding the purchase and sale of land were prosecuted by the Special Prosecutor's Office, which also received a judicial epilogue, and the municipal leaders were arrested.

For years, Đukanović's bank has been trying to sell the 8.231 square meter complex in Petrovac.

The former resort belonged to the Budva company "Sunny hill", behind which stood close people Svetozar Marović, which has not returned a loan of 2,9 million euros that it took more than a decade ago.

There are 35.000 square meters for sale in Buljarica, which, as stated on the bank's website, is located above the Bar-Budva main road, on the right, about 750 meters from the main road. 4.095 square meters for sale in Kuljace, a plot of land located 2,5 kilometers above the main road Budva - Petrovac, near the old village school, a locality called Bućina njiva.

An attractive plot of 1.358 square meters in Lučice bay, a plot of 1.952 square meters in the Podkošljun settlement, 2.681 square meters in the Boljači Do settlement in Budva, as well as a complex of 5.558 square meters in the Maine settlement are also for sale. In addition to plots of land, the bank in Budva is also selling five apartments.
