Forca called on the Government to return 14,52 million square meters, the area of the former salt factory, to the Municipality of Ulcinj in accordance with the Law on State Property.
Earlier today, the Council for Privatization and Capital Projects, acting on the request of Solana "Bajo Sekulić" Ulcinj in bankruptcy, dated November 2.11.2011, XNUMX, unanimously determined that the conditions for issuing an opinion on converting the right of use into a right of ownership have not been met, due to undisputed state ownership. over the company's land.
"The Privatization Council's decision to register the property of the Ulcinj Saltworks as state land is only half of the happy and expected news, because the Government did not pay for the property or take possession of it. This was done by the Ulcinj Municipality Assembly, according to decision No. 05-1657 / 2 of May 9.05.1965, XNUMX," reads the announcement of the Force.
It is added that in accordance with that, the salt pan may not be disposed of by the Government, but by the Municipality of Ulcinj, by whose decisions the property was taken from the owner and which, together with that social enterprise, compensated them.
"Until now, the government has shown its full ability only to destroy the Solana and its property, and now it is up to it to return that property to the Municipality of Ulcinj. Until now, the government did not know and could not find the thieves of the salt packing machine, the thieves of the pumps, the thieves of the Euronatura excavator... ., but fortunately, she knew how to respect the spatial plan, which, with the amendment of MP Genci Nimanbegu, does not allow any construction on this property," the statement signed by Ilir Čapuni points out.
