The Revenue and Customs Administration (UPC) published a new Black List of 200 tax debtors, with a total debt of 193,34 million euros.
The new list, with a cross-section of the situation as of July, includes 200 taxpayers with the largest amount of debt based on unpaid value added tax (VAT), on profit, on the sale of real estate and concessions.
The list is headed by Herzegovinian Pantomarket in bankruptcy with a debt of 14,98 million euros.
Following are the Podgorica companies Ave Maria Koljčević in bankruptcy with a debt of 10,67 million euros and Spic Ronghe international (MONTENEGRO) Limited, with a debt of 9,56 million euros.
The list also includes Vektra Jakić with a debt of 9,47 million euros, whose decision on reprogramming was revoked, and the Budva company Mercur in bankruptcy with a debt of 5,21 million euros.
Tehnoput owes 4,9 million euros, which is being reprogrammed, followed by Kombinat aluminijuma Podgorica in bankruptcy with a debt of 4,57 million euros.
Vektra Montenegro in bankruptcy has a debt of 4,44 million euros and the decision on reprogramming has been revoked, followed by the company Binex from Podgorica with a debt of 3,57 million and Mercur System from Budva in bankruptcy which owes 3,45 million euros and for which the decision on reprogramming has been revoked .
The Black List includes Bauxite Mines in bankruptcy with a debt of 2,09 million euros, the Montenegrin Fund for Solidarity Housing Construction that owes 1,95 million euros, "Radoje Dakić" in bankruptcy with 1,62 million euros, Vektra Boka 1,32 million euros , as well as Bjelasica Rada in bankruptcy, owes 1,18 million euros.
A list of the 100 largest debtors based on unpaid taxes and contributions from and on personal income was also published, with a total debt of 99,9 million euros.
Montenegro Airlines in bankruptcy owes the most in taxes and contributions, EUR 13,68 million.
It is followed by "Radoje Dakić" in bankruptcy with 9,51 million, Bauxite Mines in bankruptcy with 6,83 million euros, Railway transport with 6,67 million, Plantations with 5,96 million, Maintenance of railway rolling stock with 3,15 million, General Hospital Meljine in bankruptcy with 2,75 million euros, Galenika Crna Gora in bankruptcy with 2,57 million euros, Izbor Bar with 2,38 million and Vodovod and Sewerage Ulcinj with 2,29 million euros.
UPC, as its representatives announced, continuously takes all legally prescribed measures for all taxpayers on the lists, including the measure of proposing bankruptcy, all in an effort to prevent tax debt from growing.
The Administration publishes the Black List quarterly, based on amendments to the Law on Tax Administration.
The first list was published in July 2013.
