Eight interested institutions applied for the international public call for the provision of financial resources for the financing of the "Solari 3000+" and "Solari 500+" project, which was announced by the Electric Power Company of Montenegro on August 2.
Bids were submitted by: Investment development fund, Erste banka ad Podgorica, Prva banka Crne Gore, Energy Tech Industry Norway, Consortium CKB banka ad Podgorica and NLB Banka ad Podgorica, Ziraat banka, Shangai Electric and Zapad banka, while the company Progres i CO doo made an offer for the installation of solar panels, EPCG announced.
Elektroprivreda, they remind, in accordance with its long-term goals, sustainability strategy and bilateral cooperation with the European Union, in order to reduce carbon dioxide emissions, made a decision to implement the Solari 3000+ project, which is aimed at households and the possibility of generating their own energy, by installing of solar panels on buildings for individual housing. Due to the great interest, they add, the "Solari 500+" project was also launched, which refers to the installation of photovoltaic panels on the roofs of small businesses, as well as public institutions and companies.
"Offers were opened from eight financial institutions that expressed their willingness to finance the projects, Solari 3000+ and Solari 500+, worth 30.000.000 euros. The best proof that we are on the right path. EPCG works", said the president of the EPCG Board of Directors, Milutin Đukanović.
The commission for the implementation of the negotiation procedure carried out, at the opening of bids, the registration of the applicants and the record of all elements that will be the subject of negotiations on the method of securing the loan.
