The Network for the Affirmation of the Non-Governmental Sector (MANS) announced that the Air Montenegro company has refused to comply with the Freedom of Information Act (FIA) and provide information about its work for more than a month.
According to the Law on SPI, MANS asked Air Montenegro to submit account statements, consultancy contracts, lease costs, free airline tickets and promotion costs.
"Bad start, if we wanted a change compared to Montenegro Airlines," MANS said in a post on its Twitter account.
From that NGO, they sent a complaint to the Agency for the Protection of Personal Data and Free Access to Information due to the "silence of the management" of Air Montenegro.
