All previous parameters related to exploratory oil drilling in the Montenegrin seabed match, stated the State Secretary in the Ministry of Capital Investments, Marko Perunović, and added that based on these results, they are very optimistic.
At the Open Door Day for the media organized by the Ministry, Perunović said that it is a project that absolutely satisfies everything that was signed, and that based on the seismic, they are very optimistic.
"We expect that reservoir to be at 6,5 thousand meters, and currently we are at 5,22 thousand. We had problems with the tool itself and we expect further progress in depth, and next month we will be at the exact deposit where we should be," Perunović said. .
He stated that they are very optimistic, because all the parameters so far match as they should, even the temperature, which is an important parameter, is even better than expected.
Perunović, speaking about ecological reconstruction, explained that no one is going to shut down the Thermal Power Plant (TE) Pljevlja.
"We have a plan to bring the TE to a sustainable state. What appears in the media is that the environmental reconstruction will cost us 54 million EUR and will contribute to the employment of 54 people in Pljevlja. That contract of XNUMX million was questioned and he accepted it the then management of Elektroprivreda (EPCG), and we filed a criminal complaint related to that in March," said Perunović.
He stated that it is a questionable, significantly larger sum.
"Only through ecological reconstruction can we satisfy the items nitrogen, sulfur, dust particles and energy efficiency", said Perunović.
He added that the Ministry is trying to support all people in Pljevlja and Montenegro in the right way.
"To make a transition from TE to energy storage in the foreseeable future and convert part of it to a gas power plant in order to provide a stable energy system," said Perunović.
The Minister of Capital Investments, Mladen Bojanić, asked who continues with the DPS rhetoric.
"Thousands of people work at the TE and the Coal Mine. It never occurs to us to shut it down just like that. We have committed ourselves that we will and that is the case, but we will strive to do so as soon as possible while ensuring economic and social status," Bojanić said.
The State Secretary for Transport and Maritime Affairs in the Ministry, Zoran Radunović, said that they concluded a new contract for a period of 75 days on the lease of the Crnogorski plovidba ship at a significantly higher value than it was until now.
"The value of the lease is three times higher than it was until now with a long-term partner of our companies. It is a short-term contract, which was made in order to ensure the servicing of the ship that arrives at the beginning of January", announced Radunović.
He stated that the second ship is with a fixed price compared to the previous one, while two Barska plovidba ships are in negotiations for new business engagements.
Acting Director General of the Directorate for State Roads, Miroslav Mašić, speaking about the Bar-Boljare highway, said that in November he will have a clearer picture of the current stage of the completed works, and that it is certain that on November 30 completed construction works.
"Now the focus is on mechanical installations, connecting the entire highway to the power supply system, cameras, video surveillance, and these are works that require testing of that equipment," said Mašić.
According to him, the testing of the entire system must be done, as well as toll collection, so this is something that can extend the deadline for putting it into traffic, but depending on what remains unfinished, it may be possible to get a permit for trial work.
Bojanić, speaking about the concessions for Aerodrome, recalled that there were three bidders, with whom they opened discussions.
"We agreed to allow all three bidders to make a presentation of what they intend to do in October, because things have changed in the aviation industry. This is not the opening of the second phase, but before the second phase, so we will consider all of this at the Government session," he said. is Bojanic.
Bojanic, responding to a question about the bonus of the director of Air Montenegro, Predrag Todorovic, announced that the contract was signed by the executive director with the Board of Directors.
"What was defined was defined there, I did not participate in it. We will publish it next week, if those who signed it do not publish it. It is nonsense that it is confidential," said Bojanic.
Radunović, speaking about the cooperation with Montenegro Airlines (MA) in bankruptcy, said that the position of the Ministry is that they must receive a written request for what they are looking for.
"We sent them several letters to which we have no response. We expected them to submit a report on their work," Radunović added.
Bojanic stated that the gentleman who publicly asks the Ministry to help him, refused 107 million claims of the Government and the State of Montenegro, because the report for last year was not ready. Now, according to Bojanić, he is asking for help in mediation.
Bojanić, speaking about the work of Montenegro Works, said that state companies need better supervision.
"I do not agree with the Minister of Finance, Milojko Spajić, about this way of working, because it is not a way even in accordance with the Law on Business Companies. If you go down that path that an LLC should manage these companies, the law should be changed. I think that the system is set a little upside down," announced Bojanic.
Acting Director General of the Directorate for Energy and Energy Efficiency, Vladimir Durutović, said that the Gvozd wind power plant is in the final design phase, after which the contracting system with contractors will begin.
"When it comes to Briska gora, it is a grandiosely conceived project, with a power of 250 megawatts (MW). There is a poorly done preparation. The spatial plan did not go through in that scope and the transmission capacities in that area are not large enough to accept such power", Durutovic explained.
According to him, due to poor planning, there were problems in implementation.
