CGES distributes a dividend in the amount of over 7,4 million euros

The shareholders of the Montenegrin Electric Transmission System (CGES) will be distributed a dividend in the gross amount of 7,48 million euros, it was decided at the Extraordinary Shareholders' Meeting.

"The gross value of the dividend per paid-up share is 5,13 cents, and the net value, after deduction of profit tax, per paid-up share will amount to a little more than four cents, or 4,67 cents", CGES announced.

Today, the shareholders unanimously adopted the proposed decision that last year's net profit of the company, in the amount of 12,46 million euros, will be distributed in such a way that 60 percent or 7,48 million will be paid as a gross dividend to shareholders, while 40 percent or 4,98 EUR .XNUMX million to be distributed as undistributed profit and cumulated with the profit from previous years.

The meeting of shareholders was chaired by acting executive director Ivan Asanović.

In the continuation of the Assembly, the shareholders, in accordance with the Law on Business Companies, and according to the established agenda and in accordance with the Statute, unanimously adopted the decision on the dismissal and election of new members of the Board of Directors of the company.

The re-elected members representing state capital in the company are Aleksandar Mijušković, Predrag Mijajlović and Dušan Kljajić, while Oliver Sošić was elected as a new member.

The company Elektromreža Srbije will be represented in the Board of Directors of CGES, as before, by Jelena Matejić, and the Italian Terna by former member Guido Guida and Giacomo Donnini, who replaced Giovanni Cerchiarini.

On the same day, the constitutive session of the newly elected Board of Directors was held, at which it was decided that Mijušković will hold the position of president of that body in the next mandate.
