"EPCG tries to take into account the difficulties faced by citizens, but also the need to generate income based on the delivered electricity. Of course, this is not easy to achieve, especially in the context of the effects of the covid-19 pandemic, so we are parallel to traditional activities , with the action "Let's share the burden" and the prize game "Golden Team", in cooperation with CEDIS, applied an additional discount policy for regular payers starting on May 31, 2021. According to this policy, all households that on May 31, 2021 . had EUR 0,00 of debt to EPCG, they automatically received membership in the "Golden Team" and, in addition to the standard 13 percent discount on active energy (the first item on the bill), they also received an additional 13 percent discount on CEDIS services. , for example, a household whose bill for consumed electricity amounted to 60 euros, excluding VAT, instead of the previous 3,80 euros, during the previous months, ending on December 31 of this year, receives a discount of 7,35 euros," explained are from EPCG.

"These actions, i.e. discounts for customers, certainly put a burden on our company's operations, but starting from our determination to operate socially responsibly, we felt that, at least during this phase of the pandemic, we should provide assistance to citizens, especially before EPCG, as a company located owned by the state, it carries out its business activities precisely within the borders of Montenegro and, in this regard, it should not be indifferent to the problems that citizens face. increase in the number of regular payers", EPCG concluded.
