The Revenue and Customs Administration (UPC) informed taxpayers about the amendments to the law concerning tax policy, published in the Official Gazette of Montenegro.
In the Official Gazette of Montenegro on December 31, a set of laws was published that amended regulations related to the domain of tax policy.
"These are laws on tax administration, personal income tax, corporate profit tax, contributions for mandatory social insurance, work, business companies, as well as unified registration and collection of taxes and contributions", according to the website of the UPC.
The aforementioned regulations entered into force on the day of their publication in the Official Gazette of Montenegro, and they apply from January 1.
On the UPC portal, for the purpose of getting to know the newspapers in that regulation, they have published links through which you can find the texts of amendments and additions to the laws in question.
Also, in the Official Gazette of December 31 last year, the Law on Reprogramming of Tax Claims was published, as well as the Law on Compulsory Health Insurance, which entered into force on the day of publication in the Official Gazette of Montenegro.
