In the last two months, the market inspection passed eight decisions on confiscation of illegally obtained goods.
As they said, they are intensively working to suppress the gray economy.
Cigarettes with a total value of EUR 121.70, cut tobacco with a value of EUR 350,00 were confiscated; gravel in the value of 48.00 euros, cosmetic products and cosmetic devices in the value of 413,00 euros, 105 packages of "Coca cola" in the value of 1.365.00 euros; and the total value of these seized goods is 2.297,7 euros.
"Due to the committed violations, the inspectors passed eight decisions on the temporary confiscation of goods and issued nine violation orders in the total amount of 4.600 euros," according to the announcement of the Directorate for Inspection Affairs.
The Administration explained that the controls that prevent the growth of the gray economy are extremely important in order to achieve a regulated internal market, achieve protection against unfair competition in trade, so the monitoring will continue in the future.
