"Đurašković reflected on the factual situation, and stated that the complexity of the water supply system in Cetinje, which represents one of the most complex hydro-construction systems of its kind in the region, is undoubtedly the key reason for the accumulation of debt for consumed electricity over the past number of years." , the announcement states.
