The Directorate for Inspection Affairs and the Municipality of Rožaje announced increased controls on the application of the Europe Now program and intensified activities aimed at suppressing the gray economy.
Representatives of the Directorate for Inspection Affairs paid a working visit to the Municipality of Rožaje on Wednesday.
The Directorate for Inspection Affairs announced that those present discussed the importance of cooperation between inspection bodies at the state and local level in all segments, especially in the area of suppression of the gray economy, unregistered activities, work without approval, compliance with the set of laws related to the Europe Now project, as and compliance with the Law on Limiting the Use of Tobacco Products in Hospitality Facilities and Workplaces of Local and State Administration Bodies.
"Action controls of catering facilities were announced with the assistance of the Municipal Police, with whom the Directorate for Inspection Affairs has had outstanding cooperation so far," the announcement states.
Also, the Directorate for Inspection Affairs informed everyone present that there is a Central Information System for Consumer Protection (CIZP), where the central contact point is the Directorate for Inspection Affairs, within which consumers can submit a report through the website potrosac.me, which will be assigned to the competent public law organ.
Director of the Directorate for Inspection Affairs Ilir Harasani and President of the Municipality of Rožaje Rahman Husović agreed at the action control meeting and continued cooperation in the direction of suppressing the gray economy, control of catering and other establishments and monitoring the implementation of the Europe Now program.
