"Regarding the alleged violation of the right to work, Mirko Rmandić, on the basis of a personal request sent to the executive director on 06.09.2021, was assigned to the position of car attendant in the Passenger Transport Unit Bar. At the disciplinary hearing, the degree of responsibility of the employee was unequivocally determined, which, among other things, is reflected in the damage to the company's reputation in the specific case due to his fault and the misuse of the vehicle entrusted to him to supervise," announced the Railway Transport.
