Today is the international Earth Day, a holiday initiated to remind people of a responsible attitude towards the planet they live on. On this occasion, Crnogorski Telekom celebrates "green April" - a month dedicated to recycling, reforestation and rewarding "green thinking" and responsible behavior of users.
For every old phone that they bring to one of the T-Centers, Telekom users receive multiple benefits - an eco discount of up to 100 euros on a new 5G phone and 90 GB of fast internet, and for the first 100 returned phones, Telekom will plant 100 trees. In addition, Telekom also launched a large donor initiative for the greening of the Gorica forest park, which was devastated by a large fire last year. Thus, all Telekom postpaid and prepaid users can donate 1 euro through the Telekom ME application, and Telekom doubles each donation. The collected money will go to seedlings for Gorica, while users who decide to donate will receive 1000 points that can be used to activate numerous benefits in the Rewards Program.
In addition, in the green month of April, Telekom is giving away 50 GB to all users who already use an e-account, or activate it now, and the gigabytes are valid for 30 days.
The goal of the green month is to work together to reduce the harmful effects on nature and create a healthier and greener environment for everyone, Telekom concludes.
This company suggests users who leave phones for recycling to delete all personal details (messages, pictures...) from the device, as well as to bring unused chargers and headphones with the phones, which will also be processed in an environmentally friendly way.
The green promo lasts until April 30 or until the phone's stock runs out.
