The Minister of Capital Investments, Ervin Ibrahimović, said at today's Government session that the Ministry's analysis, which was carried out in connection with the operations of state-owned companies, came to the conclusion that shows that there has been an enormous increase in the number of employees in some companies in recent times, which have not followed the relevant analyses.
"For example, almost more than 2020 people have been employed in the Coal Mine alone since the end of 200, and over 70 in the Port of Bar... We have information that this trend continues," said Ibrahimović.
Defense Minister Raško Konjević only said that compared to the end of last year, there was an average increase of 20 percent in the number of employees in state-owned companies.
He suggested that a conclusion be made so that the MKI would urgently be obliged to propose the change of all members of the management body of companies in which there were changes in the number of employees.
Ibrahimović said that it is the government's job to create new jobs, but that this dynamic of employment is not justified by the real situation in state-owned enterprises.
"We insist that they provide us with documentation, and based on that, when we determine what the dynamics and methods of employment were, I think we should then strengthen the conclusion," Ibrahimović said, adding that there is no problem with adopting Konjević's proposal, but that they must act within the framework of the Law on companies.
Prime Minister Dritan Abazović said that the legal deadline is for shareholders' assemblies to be held by the end of June, and that personnel changes will take place at them. "I think that some other actions should be taken against some persons," he said.
The Deputy Prime Minister Vladimir Joković said that they cannot just accuse the previous Government and that there must be equal standards, because the previous ones did the same thing.
"Every government has done this. The DPS government in its previous composition, since it lost the last elections (August 30), employed 4.700 workers in state institutions and companies by the New Year. We cannot accuse one now, and for what was earlier - everything is fine. We need to check everything," Joković said.
