The assembly of Zetatrans shareholders made a decision to share the profit of 986 thousand euros, which is 12 cents gross per share, the company announced. Last year, the company had a net profit of 1,06 million euros, as well as 720 thousand undistributed profits from last year. After the distribution of this dividend, EUR 800 will remain in the undistributed profit. "The dividend will be paid on October 3, 2022, by transferring the corresponding amount to the shareholders' accounts, according to the list of shareholders from the Central Clearing Depository Company on June 22.06.2022, 69. Dividends will be paid to shareholders, legal and natural persons outside Montenegro by order and instructions of shareholders, natural persons or authorized person in a legal entity", they stated from Zetatrans. The Zetatrans share on the stock exchange is now worth around one euro. The majority owner of this largest forwarding company in Montenegro is the Slovenian "Intereuropa" with 10,5 percent of the shares, and Pošta Slovenije has another 20 percent. The remaining XNUMX percent of shares are held by small shareholders from Montenegro, as well as Slovenia and Croatia.
