The Montenegrin Electric Distribution System (CEDIS) will pay 10.000 euros for the organization of the state company's birthday, which is planned for June 29.
This follows from the documentation published on the Montenegrin Electronic Public Procurement (CEJN) website. CEDIS announced the simple procurement on June 21, 2022, offers are submitted until June 24, when they are also opened, while the deadline for contract execution is one day.
According to the documentation, the celebration will be held at the Music Center in Podgorica next Wednesday, at 20 pm and should last an hour. CEDIS requested scenography, technical equipment, decoration, creative, design and additional production services, as well as staff. The documentation states that 3D scenography design, content, production and media wall are needed, from technical equipment they wanted audio equipment, a mixer, microphones, lighting, a stage with elements, a lectern with branding...
The state-owned enterprise also needs decoration for 20 cocktail tables, production and design of invitations, as well as staff who will take care of the organization of the event itself. So they were looking for a team consisting of hostesses, support workers, technical workers, stage workers, coordinators for the event, as well as the engagement of a musical guest.
In the documentation published on the CEJN website, the method of payment is Burmese, within 30 days of issuing the invoice.
