One offer has been received for the tender for the reconstruction of the road from Kolašin to Mateševo, and the process of its evaluation is underway, and after the selection of the contractor, the start of the works will be defined.
This was told to "Vijesti" by the Traffic Administration, which announced a tender for the reconstruction of this highway at the beginning of July.
"The bid opening date was August 4, 8, and one bid was received on that occasion. As we are in the process of evaluating it, we are not able to reveal which bidder it is. After the selection of the contractor and the supervisory authority in communication with them, but also with Monteput, the exact start of the works will be defined. It is planned to start the works immediately after the selection of the contractor, and the deadline for the execution of the works is eight calendar months", said the Transport Administration.
The estimated value of the works is 5,3 million euros without VAT, while the price including VAT is 6,41 million.
The Traffic Administration said that they cannot announce the offered value that was received from one bidder until the evaluation of the offer is completed.
"The length of the road is about eight kilometers, and on three sections with a total length of about 1,5 kilometers, the correction of the existing elements of the situational road is being carried out, while on the rest of the road, the existing road is being scraped and covered with a new wearing layer of asphalt," said the Traffic Administration. .
The warranty period is three years from the handover of the works.
The reconstruction of this section is important in order to connect Kolašin with the recently opened section of the highway from Smokovac to Mateševo and for the main road from Podgorica to Bijelo Polje.
