As part of the Be Responsible campaign, 32 reports were registered this week, on the basis of which no fines were imposed.
The largest number of applications related to the non-issuance of fiscal invoices, and all are, as stated, in the procedure.
Citizens complained that fiscal invoices were not issued by the Anti aging Center, the "Radinović" chicken shop in the Bazar Shopping Center, the Hedera flower shop, the "Ivanović" waste, E-Joy Electronic cigarettes, a taxi driver, a cafe and a beauty salon in Podgorica, the Cvijo restaurant, the Evropa bakery and the Royal beach in Bar, as well as the Municipal enterprise, the Zlatni klas bakery and the Torch restaurant and beach in Budva.
Complaints have also been registered that fiscal invoices are not issued by the branch of KUD Njegoš in Cetinje, the Kalabrija and Art cafes in Berane, the Wizard bar in Nikšić, Home plast in Danilovgrad, Harfa in Pljevlja, Frateli restaurant, Barbosa swimming pool and Dada beach in Ulcinj, as well as and parking in Bečići.
This week, there was also a report that the organizers of the Sea Dance festival damaged the state for taxes, because they reported a lower number of sold tickets.
There are also reports that the car service center in Bijelo Polje and the Sunshine of Montenegro apartments in Kotor operate without a license, and that the prices in the menu and on the invoices at the Kvisko tavern in Nikšić are different.
Citizens also complained about the landfill and the use of official vehicles for private purposes.
The Be Responsible campaign was launched at the end of December 2013 by the Ministry of Finance and the Office of the United Nations Development Program (UNDP) in Montenegro, with the aim of contributing to the strengthening of public awareness and greater involvement of citizens in the fight against the gray economy.
The project enables citizens to simply and quickly point out irregularities, such as non-issuance of fiscal invoices, illegal work or violation of consumer rights, and help the competent institutions to deal with the gray economy as successfully as possible.
