The Faculty of Economics of the University of Montenegro (UCG) and the Association of Managers (AMM) will improve and encourage multi-year successful cooperation with numerous activities provided for in the cooperation agreement, their representatives announced.
Dean of the Faculty Mijat Jocović and President of AMM Budimir Raičković agreed to cooperate in the organization of educations and workshops in the field of leadership and management, intended for students, in which prominent representatives of the profession will share their knowledge and experiences that were important for their career development.
"On that occasion, the leadership role played by the Faculty of Economics in the process of educating managerial staff in Montenegro, who today are in management positions in numerous successful Montenegrin and foreign companies, was highlighted, as well as the important role of the Association as an umbrella management and leadership organization, in providing help in professional development and business management to professionals engaged in managerial work", it was announced from AMM.
It is also planned to organize round tables that will bring together successful representatives of the economic and public sector, as well as academic communities and students, with the aim of affirming the role and importance of education in the field of leadership and management in the development of the entire society.
On this occasion, the membership of representatives of the Faculty of Economics in the boards of the Association of Managers was also agreed.
