Dragašević: Bujišić and Drobnjak are more concerned with politics than with the work of the two Vodovod union organizations

The Acting Executive Director of Pljevlja Vodovod Mladen Dragašević accused the two presidents of the company's trade union organizations, Jovan Bujišić and Goran Drobnjak, of being more concerned with politics than the work of their company, and that as representatives of the trade union organizations, they have to take care of the interests of the workers, not only their own.

Dragašević stated this in response to the announcement of two trade union organizations of companies that opposed the new systematization of workplaces, which was adopted by the Board of Directors of the Waterworks on November 7.

"In accordance with Article 87 of the Individual Collective Agreement DOO "Vodovod" Pljevlja submitted a proposal to amend the Act on Internal Organization and Systematization of Workplaces to all representative trade union organizations in the company for their opinion, after which the Board of Directors convened a meeting at which they attended. At the meeting of the Board of Directors held on November 7.11.2022, XNUMX, at the proposal of the Acting Executive Director, the number of executors in certain workplaces was increased, where in the previous period there was an evident need to hire workers who perform the most difficult tasks in this company. In the specific case, it is not about jobs that would represent an increase in employees in administration, but an increase in employees in production, whose work increases the company's income", says Dragašević in his response.

He claims that the interests of the workers are the most important to the company's manager, which "is also evidenced by the fact that the company, in addition to the inherited financial debts, regularly pays wages to employees and at the same time services all obligations towards suppliers and the Revenue and Customs Administration, where the first installment of the reprogramme is paid regularly and the second reprogramme is in its entirety settled”.

"The inability of the company to sign a new agreement with the Revenue and Customs Administration on the reprogramming of tax claims at this moment does not represent a short-term problem that can be solved in such a short time, but is an issue that must be dealt with together with us, the Founder - the Municipality of Pljevlja, and one of the ways is definitely a dedicated recapitalization. The positive business of DOO "Vodovod" Pljevlja in 2021 and the current indicators according to which it is evident that the company will end 2022 with positive business speaks volumes about the work of the management and all employees who conscientiously perform their duties. In order to objectively inform the employees and the public, it is important to know that the salaries of all employees are paid regularly, that numerous inherited problems have been solved and that the company will take all measures so that the only remaining problem regarding the signing of the new tax reform program in cooperation with the founder in the coming period will be solved", says Dragasevic in response.
