Until yesterday, MPs submitted more than 70 amendments to the proposed budget for the next year, which increase expenditures by around 90 million, mostly in the capital budget.
From the Democrats and the Bosniak Party, as well as a deputy from the Citizens' Movement URA Suada Zoronjic, have announced their support for the budget proposal if their amendments are accepted. The debate on the budget started yesterday in the Planum, and the amendments will be at the Committee for Economy on Monday.
URA and CIVIS deputies requested that transfers for health care be increased from 115 to 120,2 million euros, in order to purchase new drugs for cystic fibrosis with an additional 5,2 million. They also proposed to increase by 550 thousand euros the item for the adaptation of four schools in Šavnik, Bijelo Polje, Pljevlja and Bar.
Schools, hospitals, roads...
Zoronjić requested that the item for the reconstruction of the hospital in Bijelo Polje be increased from 55.000 euros to two million, as well as that the item for the acquisition of magnetic resonance imaging for the same hospital be increased from one and a half million to two and a half million. She also proposed adding a new item of one million euros for the construction of a new primary school building in the village of Kanje in Bijelo Polje, increasing the amount for the digitization of the education system by 85 thousand in order to include three primary schools from Bijelo Polje and one from Plav, as well as additional 20.000 euros for the reconstruction of the rural road Luka - Kradenik in Bijelo Polje. She also requested a million euros for the construction of a park, playground and heating plant in the Rasadnik settlement in Bijelo Polje.
Zoronjić also requested an additional 20.000 euros for the reconstruction of the district school in the village of Radulići in Bijelo Polje, 900 for the construction of a multi-level parking lot under the walls of the Old Town in Ulicinje, and 50 for solving the issue of water supply in the village of Ivanje in Bijelo Polje.
Deputies of the Democrats Zdenka Popović i Danilo Šaranović they requested with an amendment that, because it is repeated, the item design and construction of the main road Petnjica - Bor - Savin Bor - Haništa of 50.000 euros should be deleted, and that the same amount should be added for the preparation of the conceptual design of the road Petlja Veruša - Lopate - Veruša.
A group of DF deputies requested that the construction and rehabilitation of seven rural roads in Plav Municipality be included in the capital budget for 744 thousand euros, that the item for the construction of the road Danilovgrad - Spuž via Martinić be increased from 882 thousand to 1,12 million, as complete expropriation would be completed. They are also asking for the construction of sidewalks and bicycle paths along the regional road R-23 Danilovgrad - Čevo to be increased from 10.000 euros to 1,7 million, as well as to add 200 euros for the construction of the temple of Sveta Petka in Danilovgrad. Šaranović suggested that 20 euros be included in the budget for the design of the school in Karabuško polje near Tuza, 238 for the reconstruction of the gymnasium at the Construction School in Podgorica, and 200 euros for the adaptation of the Pljeval Gymnasium.
7,5 million for three projects in Budva
DF also proposed that the item for the construction of the Faculty of Philosophy be increased by 790 thousand euros, in order to speed up the investment, as well as two and a half million for the reconstruction of Đačka Street in Nikšić. They also requested three million for the completion of the plant at the source of the Merića spring and half a million for the Buča water supply in Berane, as well as 300 thousand for the arrangement of the Jasikovac monument, two and a half million for the rehabilitation of local roads in Budva, three and a half for public lighting in Budva million, wastewater treatment plant in Buljarica million and a half...

Epistles from Beran Miloslava Paunović (SNP) and Jovanka Bogavac (PzP) requested an additional 220 euros for the reconstruction of eight elementary schools and their regional departments in the territory of that municipality, as well as 150.000 and 100.000 euros for the construction of gymnasiums in the "Radomir Mitrović" Elementary School and in the Polica Elementary School.
Democrat MP Dragan Krapović proposed to add to the capital part of the budget the reconstruction of the Mogren tunnel with the construction of a pedestrian tunnel and a walkway to the turn for Seoca with the sum of 700 euros, as well as 150.000 for the design of the elementary school and kindergarten in Bečići.
His party colleague Albin Ceman he requested that the reconstruction of the Petnjica - Bioča road, the first phase of Gusara - Greben, worth three million euros, as well as the construction of the water supply in Trešnjevo worth 190 euros, be added to the budget.
A group of SNP MPs proposed the inclusion of several projects in Andrijevica - the construction of water supply in Konjusi and Božići, public lighting in Peovac and from Kuća Guberinić to the stadium, parking at the Health Center and asphalting of roads in MZ Slatina, which in total amounts to half a million euros, as well as 250 euros for the completion of the water supply system in the municipal municipality of Dapsiće in Berane. They also requested 20.000 euros for the construction of a monument to Duke Marko Miljanov in the center of Beran.
Member of Parliament Zdenka Popović also proposed adding an item of 187 thousand euros for the purchase of an operating microscope and an anesthesia machine at the Clinic for Eye Diseases.
Mustafić is asking for 4 million for two trips to Bar
Suljo Mustafić from BS requested an additional three million euros for the reconstruction of the road Bar - Kamenički most - Krute, as well as one million euros for the reconstruction of the road Virpazar - Sutorman - Bar.
Epistle Tamara Vujović she proposed that the item for the reconstruction of the promenade in Igalo be increased from 500 thousand to 1,8 million, as well as for the construction of the bus station in Igalo from half a million to a million, in order to monitor the dynamics of the works. The members of the SD proposed to increase the material provision of the family by five million, and at the same time to reduce the costs for materials, official trips, consulting services and work contracts by the same amount.
The SDP requested the introduction of an item of 2,2 million euros for stationary radar systems, 400 thousand twice for gymnasiums in Nedakusi and Cetinje, as well as 810 thousand for the reconstruction of the road Loznica - Rasovo - Gubavac in Bijelo Polje.
Vladan Raičević from PzP he requested 30 euros for the purchase of a medical vehicle and 28.500 euros for the adaptation of the MRI room in the hospital in Nikšić.
