MPs of the Club "Crno na bijelo" (GP URA and Civis), with amendments to the Bill on the Budget for 2023, will request the allocation of additional funds for science and education, the provision of funds for documentation and the construction of the first phase of the park on the premises of the "Morača" Barracks in the Main City, but also funds for the implementation and construction of projects in the north of Montenegro, namely Bijelo Polje, Rožaj, Pljevlja and Petnjica.
This was announced by the Civil Movement URA (GP URA).
Also, as they state, the deputies will ask for the allocation of funds for projects in the field of education, such as the construction of an amphitheater with accompanying facilities for the Danilovgrad Police Academy, the extension of the existing building of the "Vlado Milić" and "Pavle Rovinski" elementary schools, funds for the completion of works for the gymnasiums Elementary School "Lovcenski Partisanski Odred" and Elementary School "Mrkojevići" in Bar, provision of computer equipment and digitization of educational facilities, funds for central heating projects in Educational Center "Šavnik" Elementary School, Elementary School "Kekec" in Bar, Elementary School "Rifat Burdzović Tršo" " in Bijelo Polje.
"The amendments previously requested the provision of funds for the drug 'Trikafta' for patients with cystic fibrosis, a device for magnetic resonance and the reconstruction of the Internal Department in Bijelo Polje. The club notes that they continue to work on improving the living conditions of all citizens of Montenegro and hope that efforts to support the relevant ministries and colleagues in the Parliament of Montenegro," the announcement reads.
They conclude that investing in science and education is a multiple benefit and profit for our country, and investing in certain projects aims to improve living and working conditions in the north of Montenegro.
