After a break of several months, construction work continued on the construction of the "Boka Place" complex in Tivat, whose investor is the company "Adriatic Marinas".
It is a complex with a total area of over 25.000 square meters, which consists of eight units that together make up this new wing of the nautical and tourist resort of Porto Montenegro.
"Boka Place" occupies an area of about 7.500 square meters and consists of 213 accommodation units and about 40 business premises of various uses. As part of the "Boka Place" complex, the first hotel in the world of the new SIRO brand, backed by the renowned company Kerzner International - owner of the famous One & Only brand, will operate. The entire complex, which has up to eight floors above ground, is worth over 100 million euros, and when "Boka Place" is completed before the summer of next year, several hundred new jobs will be created in it.
In the "Information on activities on the implementation of priority projects in the field of tourism" which was discussed by the Government at the session before the New Year, it is stated that the company "Bemax" has completed rough construction work on the construction of all six residential and business blocks of "Boka Place". as well as its separate entities named "Supermarket & Gym", i.e. "Cinema & Data Centre". A large underground garage with a capacity of 380 cars was also completed.
In the meantime, the newly elected contractor from Turkey has started the final construction and craft works, as well as the second phase of the construction of the other necessary infrastructure, i.e. the arrangement of the surrounding plots in the contact zone of the new buildings. According to the data provided to the government by the investor last year, 45,2 million was invested in the continuation of the "Porto Montenegro" project, the largest part of which relates to the construction of the "Boka Place" complex, which, compared to the originally envisioned dynamics, is almost a year late .
"Adriatic Marinas" informed the Government that since the beginning of the construction of "Porto Montenegro" in 2007, 839,6 million have been invested until now.
