The public company for the management of the marine asset has acquired the condition to manage the Kamenari-Leptane ferry line.
Today, in a telephonic session, the Government approved the Decision on amendments to the provisions of the Statute of this company, which was adopted by the Board of Directors at the session on February 15.
With these changes, Article 7 of the Statute defining the activities was supplemented.
It is defined that the company can manage real estate for a fee and can engage in maritime and coastal passenger transportation as well as passenger transportation on inland waterways.
