The payment of EUR 8,5 million in one-time aid to pensioners and beneficiaries of material security from the European Union (EU) aid package will begin tomorrow (Friday, April 7).

This was announced at the Government session by the Minister of Labor and Social Welfare, Admir Adrović.

"The Ministry of Labor and Social Welfare, in cooperation with the Ministries of Capital Investments and Finance, determined the method of payment of these 8,5 million euros," said Adrović.

He said that 150 beneficiaries of the lowest pension will receive 40.322 euros each, which will cost 6,5 million, followed by 104 beneficiaries of temporary benefits from the PIO Fund (15.600 euros) and 446 beneficiaries of material security for fighters (66.900 euros).

In addition, 350 families of beneficiaries of material security of the family will receive a one-time EUR 6.270 aid (EUR 2,195 million).
