Members of the ICT Cortex cluster and partners, by implementing the housing security project for employees in the IT industry, will contribute to the creation of an environment that will reduce the departure of IT experts from Montenegro and provide them with a better and safer future in their country, said the ICT Cortex Association.
In Podgorica, the Cortex village project was presented yesterday, which refers to housing provision for employees in the IT industry.
The housing security project was initiated by 19 IT companies, which will provide full support for their 115 employees and their families in solving one of the important life issues, Mediabiro reports.
"In this way, ICT Cortex, members of the cluster, as well as partners in the project, contribute to the creation of an environment that will reduce the departure of IT experts from Montenegro and enable them to have a better and safer future in their country", said ICT Cortex.
The representative of ICT Cortex, Natalija Hidić, said that thanks to the support of the partners in the project, conditions were created for ICT employees to solve the housing issue with significant savings and numerous other benefits.
She said that the main goal of the project is to take care of employees and create a nicer and better environment in Montenegro, from which young people will not leave.
"Exactly for the reason that experts from the ICT sector go abroad in search of new knowledge and higher incomes, ICT Cortex decided to offer a solution to the housing issue in order to show how much they value the staff and strengthen cooperation in the future," the announcement states.
The President of the Management Board of the ICT Cortex cluster, Vladan Tabaš, said that they offered a housing security solution, where the member companies accepted that during the loan period, which will last from 20 to 25 years for employees who are interested, they would take over the payment of all interest and security promissory notes to banks.
Project manager of ICT Cortex, Aleksandar Drekalović, said that there are three key financial benefits.
He stated that one of them is an extremely competitive price for good quality, and the other is extremely favorable housing loan lending conditions.
As Drekalović said, the third key benefit is the interest rate subsidy offered by some of the companies for their employees.
The project manager of Cortex village, Miloš Laković, said that the goal of the project is to create some new values, humanity, togetherness, synergy, interaction, socialization, education, and to provide a completely new and healthier lifestyle to the residents, i.e. future tenants.
"When it comes to the selection of the location, what satisfied all the criteria for us is the zone within the detailed urban plan Titex", said Laković.
He reminded that 115 residential units will be located in five buildings, with 12,5 thousand square meters of surface area.
As announced, Cortex Village will also include green areas, an underground garage, a parking lot, a fitness center, a park, a children's playground, a community center, and areas for children.
