The administrative inspection determined that Miloš Rajković does not meet the requirements regarding work experience for the post of Acting General Director of the Directorate for Road Traffic and Vehicle Homologation, the MKI announced today.
At today's session, the government dismissed Miloš Rajković (SNP) from the position of acting director of the Directorate for Road Traffic and Vehicle Homologation, on the proposal of the MKI led by Ervin Ibrahimović (Bosniak Party), and Rajković accused Ibrahimović of inaction, mobbing, discrimination and illegal handling.
"During the inspection of the Ministry of Capital Investments by the Administrative Inspection, it was established and recorded in the minutes that Mr. Miloš Rajković, previously appointed as Acting Director General of the Directorate for Road Traffic and Vehicle Homologation, does not comply with the Rulebook on Internal Organization and Systematization of the Ministry of Capital Investments established conditions for this position in terms of work experience, and the Ministry of Capital Investments was instructed to eliminate the identified irregularities within seven days from the day of receipt of the minutes," the statement of the Ministry of Interior emphasizes.
From that government department, they added that, acting in the manner indicated by the minutes, the MKI submitted a proposal to the Government of Montenegro for the dismissal of Rajković from the position of Acting Director General of the Directorate for Road Traffic and Vehicle Homologation, and the Government adopted that request at the session held today, so Rajković dismissed.
"We completely reject all other interpretations and speculations in this connection, and we interpret Mr. Rajković's accusations as dissatisfaction with the refusal of the Minister of Capital Investments to keep Mr. Rajković in the position of acting general director, contrary to the law and the findings of the Administrative Inspection. In relation to the flat-rate accusations of with the alleged illegal actions, we remind Mr. Rajković that his obligation was then and remains now to forward all such information to the competent institutions," concludes the statement of the MKI.
