New board of directors of "To Montenegro" without aviation experts

The government has elected a new board of directors of the "To Montenegro" airline company, which does not include aviation experts. The new board includes three current members - president Pavle Ljesar, Orhan Hodžić and Suad Đelović, while two new members are lawyer Danilo Marković and road traffic engineer Mersad Mujević.

In the board of directors, there are no former members Mirko Škerović and Vukadin Stojanović, who until now was the only candidate with many years of experience in airline management.

Pavle Ljesar will also be the president of the board of directors in the new convocation. He works as a government plane pilot. According to "Vijesti" information, on June 8 of this year, for personal reasons, Ljesar resigned from the position of member and president of the Board of Directors of the national airline, about which he informed Abazović and Ibrahimović at the time.

Orhan Hodžić is the owner of the private company "Oki Air", which operates with "To Montenegro". "Vijesti" previously wrote that this company charged passengers at the airport in Podgorica a fee for excess baggage and other services without passing the money to "To Montenegro". At that time, "To Montenegro" announced that they would soon settle their accounts with this private company, without providing information on the amounts of debts and claims.

Mersad Mujević was previously the director of the Public Procurement Administration and a member of the DPS executive board. Suad Đelović is the vice president of the Democratic Party of Albanians. Danilo Marković is a lawyer and the owner of a law office.
