"Oki Air" claims that its owner is not Hodžić

On the occasion of the article "Oki Air won the contract, whistleblowers were dismissed", which was published in "Vijesti" on June 29, the company "Oki Air" reacted. Response signed by the executive director Danijel Hodzic we transmit integrally.

For the sake of the reputation and trust that our company and our brand have enjoyed for 30 years in Montenegro, the region and Europe, we want to reject all the claims that were made to the public in the previous days with the aim of damaging the reputation of our company. First of all, the text states that Orhan Hodzic the owner of the companies "Oki Air" in Podgorica, Belgrade and Ljubljana, which is incorrect, and which can be easily determined by looking at the commercial registers, which should be the media's obligation - to verify the accuracy of the information.

The companies "Oki Air" received the work of representation of "ToMontenegra" doo on a public invitation to which any interested party who met the required conditions could apply, therefore the statements in the announcement do not correspond to the truth. It is important to remind the public that this contract was signed even before Orhan Hodžić joined the Board of Directors. During the previous and current period of representation of the national airline, all contractual obligations were and are being fulfilled in an extremely professional manner, above all to the satisfaction of passengers and our partner.

Also, the information that the companies "Oki Air" do not fulfill their contractual obligations is incorrect because there is no possibility of re-participating in the tender, but financial adjustments are made regularly, which was also confirmed by the company "ToMontenegro" doo during their announcements.

Based on the data received from "To Montenegro" doo, mutual obligations are regularly reconciled, after which the payment is made. Therefore, all obligations are performed in accordance with the law and the contract. If there is any problem, the company "To Montenegro" doo also has an additional guarantee of charging for its services through bank guarantees that have been properly submitted, so there is no room for such insinuations.

We are at the disposal of all state bodies of Montenegro and the media to obtain true and objective information.
