In the previous period, the management of JPNPCG regularly informed the Management Board of the company about the financial operations, and presented the requested data on realized income and expenses, and all the data so far indicate that the financial operations of JPNPCG are stable, it was concluded at the meeting of the Management Board of JPNPCG held today, it was announced from the National Parks of Montenegro.
They emphasize that special attention was paid to the company's operations in the last six months at the session.
"It was established that an auditor was hired for the preparation of the final accounts, both for 2021 and for 2022, and that for the first time, after many years of reserved opinion, the auditor's positive opinion on the financial statements for 2022 was obtained," the announcement reads.
"The members of the Management Board of JPNPCG also referred to the allegations of former director Aleksandar Bulatović, so it was concluded that for the next session of the Management Board, the Department for Financial Affairs will prepare a report on realized income and expenses by June 30.06.2023, XNUMX. After consideration of the report by the Management Board, the same will be published on the official website of JPNPCG and available to the general public," the announcement states.
At the session, it was announced that the finances and financial operations of JPNPCG are available to all competent authorities and institutions for verification, and that the Board of Directors and JPNPCG will not comment on the statements of former director Aleksandar Bulatović in the coming period.
