Former MP Snežana Jonica announced today that she was proposed as a member of the Board of Directors of the Airport of Montenegro, but that the ministers in the government from the Socialist People's Party (SNP) Vladimir Joković, Vasilije Lalošević and Dragoslav Šćekić perceived that proposal as "a finger in the eye of the SNP- in".
She also claims that Interior Minister Filip Adžić was against her appointment.
Jonica is a former MP and SNP official.
She was proposed by the Minister of Capital Investments, Ervin Ibrahimović, for a position in the Board of Directors of the Airport of Montenegro.
The government today appointed Eldin Dobardžić, Kemal Purišić, Slavko Vukčević and Nebojša Đoković, who were also in the previous Board of Directors, as the new Board of Directors of the Airport of Montenegro. Only Momčilo Martinović was not reappointed from the previous board.
"SNP can vote for DPS, but not for Snežana Jonica. This is my short answer to the question why four members were elected to the Board of Directors of the Airport of Montenegro today, and not five as prescribed. Joković, Lalošević and Šćekić are these days the proposal that I be elected was perceived as a 'finger in the SNP's eye.' their opinion and they don't care who will like that opinion and who won't," Jonica wrote on her Facebook profile.
She stated that last year Joković, Lalošević, Šćekić and Adžić unreservedly supported the long-time DPS official Momčilo Martinović for the same position for which she "was not eligible" this week.
"Contrary to them, Minister Ervin Ibrahimović approached me with the proposal that the MKI nominate me for that position because of my professional references, because he considered it necessary to strengthen professional, primarily legal capacities in the management of the Airport. I thank Minister Ibrahimović for the correct proposal. Thank you to the SNP - URA axis ... which show their true face again. In reality, the SNP-URA-DPS tripartite pact is their true measure," said Jonica.
