At today's constitutive session of the company EPCG-Željezara Nikšić, the president of the board was not elected, because no candidate had the necessary majority, Elektroprivreda announced.
Maksim Vučinić and Ratko Dubljević received three votes each, and one board member abstained.
The new and expanded composition of the Board of Directors consists of: Lidija Nikolić, Milinko Čvorović, Maksim Vučinić, Ratko Dubljević, Fuad Feratović, Đorđije Garčević and Radovan Đikanović.
The continuation of the constitutive session is scheduled for Monday, August 21.
