Last week, at the meeting of the Board of Directors of EPCG Željezara Nikšić, Maksim Vučinić, president of the Workers' Party, was elected as the Chairman of the Board. Vučinić confirmed this information to Vijesti.
"My goal is for Željezara to be the industrial center of Nikšić and Montenegro," Vučinić said briefly to "Vijesta".
Four members of the Board of Directors voted for him, including Lidija Nikolić, Milinko Čvorović, Ratko Dubljević, Fuad Feratović, Đorđije Garčević and Radovan Đikanović.
At the constitutive meeting of the Board of Directors of EPCG Željezara Nikšić, which was held on August 17, the President of the Board was not elected because no candidate had the necessary majority. Maksim Vučinić and Ratko Dubljević received three votes each, while one board member abstained.
EPCG Željezara Nikšić is a daughter of Elektroprivreda Crne Gora, which started its work at the end of February this year.
