Prime Minister Dritan Abazović said that the National Parks of Montenegro (NPCG) earned almost 10 million euros by September 2,5, i.e. one million euros more than in the record year 2019.
"They earned 10 euros as of September 2.487.000, and the previous record from 2019 was 1.404.000 euros," said Abazović.
He also pointed out that the parks were visited by almost 100.000 more visitors compared to 2019, as well as 41 percent more than last year.
"I congratulate all the employees and management of NPCG led by Vladimir Martinović on the perfect result. I am sure that the postseason will be just as good. We continue the #Montenegro365 campaign and brand the country as a green destination. We are waiting for official statistics to confirm that this is the best year since keeps records of income from tourism," Abazović wrote on Facebook.
