Krvavac, President of the Board of Directors of Pljevlja Coal Mine

The board of directors of Elektroprivreda Crne Gore (EPCG) elected a new board of directors of the Pljevlja Coal Mine today at an extraordinary meeting, consisting of Tamara Cmiljanić, Stanojka Kljajević, Bojan Krvavac, Emir Bidžan and Nikola Miličić.

It was announced by EPCG.

Bojan Krvavac was elected president of the Pljevlja Coal Mine Board of Directors.

Compared to the previous board of directors, one member remained, Emir Bijan, while the others were changed. Until now, Krvavac was the executive director for corporate affairs and the improvement of human resources in the Coal Mine, he is a member of the Democrats.

Tamara Cmljanić (SNP) is a graduated lawyer, who is the head of the branch of the Health Fund in Pljevlja. Stanojka Kljajević (SNP) is also a qualified lawyer, former head of the legal department at the company "Čistoća" in Pljevlja. Bidžan has a master's degree in management and is a member of the Bosniak Party. Miličić is a mining engineer and member of URA.

The Assembly previously dismissed the current Board of Directors headed by Dušan Janjušević (Democrat), who has been President of the Board of Directors of Rudnik Uglja since April 2021.

A few days ago, Janjušević asked the EPCG to relieve him of that duty, and the Shareholders' Assembly to schedule an emergency session in order to, as he stated then, unblock the functioning of the largest company in Pljevlja. In the meantime.

In the meantime, the labor inspection determined that Janjušević does not meet the special conditions stipulated by the Act on Systematization of Jobs, for the position of chairman of the board of directors, considering that he does not have work experience lasting three years in the qualification of the educational level, that is, in the professional qualification.

The inspection carried out an inspection at the Coal Mine based on the report of the former executive director of the Coal Mine, Milan Lekić (Nova), who asked to determine the legality of the election of Janjušević to the position of President of the Board of Directors.

He did this a few days after the Board of Directors dismissed him from the position of executive director, because the labor inspection determined that he was not selected for that position either through a public competition, which was a legal obligation.
