At the hearing in the Commercial Court regarding the lawsuit filed by Elektroprivreda Crne Gore (EPCG) against the company Uniprom, the judge Diana Raickovic instructed the subject expert yesterday To Steve Kostić to state the objections raised by both parties to the financial analysis, so the dispute will continue in November.
Elektroprivreda sued Uniprom, which is part of a business group of businessmen Veselin Pejović, based on the electricity debt of EUR 4,68 million that Kombinat aluminum (KAP), as part of Uniprom, made in November and December 2021. At the previous hearing, the court ordered Kostić to do a financial expert's report, which would calculate the exact amount of the state's claims energy companies and default interest from the day the dispute started.
EPCG lawyer Tatjana Bokan said at yesterday's dispute that she had already submitted her statement to the expert opinion, in which an explanation from the EPCG financial service was submitted. As "Vijesti" learns, EPCG's objection to the expert's report refers to the wrongly calculated interest for one day.
The representative of Uniprom submitted the objections in the submission and said that he disputes the expert's findings in their entirety.
Judge Diana Raickovic therefore ordered expert witness Kostić to submit answers to these opinions within 15 days, so the next hearing is scheduled for November 17.
